well well. This rain is getting the best of my mood. It is POURING RAIN again today. I seriously think the state of Mass is going to float away?
Sorry for my ranting. I just want summer to come!
Here are some Mini Notebooks that I've been making with my Bind-It-All (LOVE that machine). These can be used as notebooks, password books, or journals. They are pretty quick & easy to make. I am selling these in my upcoming Craft Fair
for $4 each.
This book here was made using October Afternoon Designer Paper. I just love these monsters. They are so cute & wonderful for a little boy.
Here are some close ups of the inside of the books. Sorry for the bad photos - lighting was not very good.
For the insides, I just used Index Cards that I bought at Staples. If you wanted, you could use plain cardstock without lines. I've done that too.
I used a bunch of different supplies on these. If you have any specific questions on products used, just leave me a comment.
I hope everyone has a wonderful (DRY) 4th of July!
I couldn't come back and not post some of the fun stuff I've been working on these past 2 weeks. If you haven't already, please read my last post
to find out where I've been for the past few days...
here is a recipe book that I put together yesterday. It actually didn't take very long at all - and it's something I've been wanting to do for a while.
I have a few recipes that I always use, and this will be great to have in my kitchen for easy access. I was able to use my spiffy new Bind-It-All for this. I found some rectangle coasters at the mall, on sale. (It was from one of those Pub Stores - where they sell all sorts of "man room" memorabilia type stuff?) Anyway they were on sale and Pete said "Hey look, some coasters for your crafting!" (such a good hubby he is)
So I covered these with Modge Podge and some cardstock, roughed up the edges, printed out some recipes and then bound it all together. Sorry for the horrendous photos - I didn't have great lighting when I took them.
