Craft Fair Goodies: Snowman Kisses

October 17, 2010

in Altered Stuff,Craft Fair

I am always looking for new things to offer at my fairs - I get a lot of repeat customers so I want to be sure to offer variety each year. I am not sure if any of you frequent Splitcoaststampers.com, but it's a great site with a wealth of information. I've recently been following this thread & it's awesome how many ideas are out there. I grabbed this idea from some of the ladies on that thread as I thought it was just too cute. It's a little nicer than "Snowman Poop" - hehehe. These were made using the larger sized Tic Tacs that I bought at my local Walmart.

I followed this video for dimensions & scoring, etc. - but I tied the ribbon a bit differently. I used a 3/4" circle punch to punch out the snowman's belly, and the stamp is from a Stampin Up set that I've had for quite a while.

I printed the "Snowman Kisses" sentiment out on some white cardstock using my computer & home printer. I punched it out with a 3/4" circle punch, and layered on some Old Olive 1" circle cardstock. I then just tied it around the ribbon.

I LOVE how you can see through his little belly to the Tic Tacs. Too cute. Thanks to all the ladies out there who gave me this idea!

I don’t recall the name. I know it’s an older set that I believe has been retired. It was a tag xmas set. Sorry :(
