more Crystal Light containers!

in Altered Stuff

As promised, I wanted to share more of these. This time I went with an "everyday" type theme. There really are so many things you can do with these containers. You can fill them up with candy, add a gift card, use them for pens & pencils, crayons, markers, etc.

The paper on these 4 is all from October Afternoon. I have a huge stash of it that I'm trying to use up...the stamps are from the "Take Note" stamp set from PaperTrey Ink.

I thought the ones labeled "This & That" would be perfect for storing miscellaneous pens, pencils, and office items. Or even something to keep in your craft room!

Here is one last one that I made with a "boy" theme. This would be great for a little boy to store his crayons in. I am hoping to make more with some other sports themes. The stamp on this is from this stamp set. (this is one of my favorite stamp sets to use for anything BOY!)

Just wanted to say a huge THANKS to all the readers I have heard from regarding Jen's Helping Hands. You guys are amazing and I just know that Jen will be overwhelmed with all the kindness from my readers. I can't wait to collect all of the stuff and send it out to her! If you haven't yet read my post on Jen, please click here to check it out. Thanks!!

Simply adorable. I’ve been saving my containers too. Haven’t gotten around to actually using them, wait I did do one.

Thanks for the inspiration.

These are so cute! I don’t drink Crystal Light, but I think I need to start (or find someone who does!). Jen and her family are on our prayer list, but I still want to put together some scrapbook pages for Jen – keep us updated…

Hey Kerry – Just wondering how you handle the top. I have a hard time getting the exact paper shape of the top of the container. Do you happen to have a template? Best, -Dianne-

I went to go get some crystal light containers the other day and found some shorter ones by another product wryler I believed is the name. They err cheaper and more in line with what I wanted them for. Thank you got all the gray ideas.

Some time before, I did need to buy a good house for my business but I didn’t earn enough money and could not buy anything. Thank God my brother proposed to try to take the loans at reliable bank. Hence, I did so and was satisfied with my sba loan.

Hi Kerry!!!
Please know that ever since I read your post about Jen my heart has been broken and so heavy! I have been praying for that whole family and like you, I can not imagine how horrible it would be to know that your children my have to grow up w/o their mother…oh…so sad…I am praying for “COMPLETE HEALING” and a Miracle.
I must have over 100 of these containers…both round and oval…this size and shorter ones…I just “KNEW” that someday I would have the perfect project for them and now I am so glad that I did not throw them out. I do have a question for you…what is the best adhesive to adhere the paper to the plastic…and do you cover the surface entirely or just at obvious places?
Blessings to you and your precious family,
Valerie Martin

At your craft shows, how much would you sell these for? Just curious… mostly on how you decide on prices. Thanks!

Kerry November 7, 2011 at 2:45 pm

@Echo: probably $3?
