I printed my tags in color (after coloring them in with the fill tool in Photoshop). All I had to do at that point was use a circle punch to punch them out and then layer them on another circle.
Here are some more of the circle tags, this time I tied them to some Halloween kleenex that I found at my local grocery store. This a cute way to give a little something that's NOT candy for Halloween...!
