Mini Notebooks

well well. This rain is getting the best of my mood. It is POURING RAIN again today. I seriously think the state of Mass is going to float away?

Sorry for my ranting. I just want summer to come!

Here are some Mini Notebooks that I’ve been making with my Bind-It-All (LOVE that machine). These can be used as notebooks, password books, or journals. They are pretty quick & easy to make. I am selling these in my upcoming Craft Fair for $4 each.

This book here was made using October Afternoon Designer Paper. I just love these monsters. They are so cute & wonderful for a little boy.

Here are some close ups of the inside of the books. Sorry for the bad photos - lighting was not very good.

For the insides, I just used Index Cards that I bought at Staples. If you wanted, you could use plain cardstock without lines. I’ve done that too.

I used a bunch of different supplies on these. If you have any specific questions on products used, just leave me a comment.

I hope everyone has a wonderful (DRY) 4th of July! :)

These are so cute! Plain cardstock ones would make great sketch books or artist pads.

I love these notebooks, Kerry! Good luck at your upcoming craft fair. I don’t have a Bind-it-all, but I wish I did.

Kerry.. love these little notebooks!! What did you use as the covers? Is it chipboard covered in patterned paper? Thanks.

Yes, very curious about the chipboard or cardboard for the covers…
They look so great! Also — who makes the cute monster paper???

  9. July 17th, 2009 at 13:39 | #9

The covers were made using chipboard. I had a large sheet of it that I would cut down to a size slightly larger than the index cards. I then covered with various Designer Paper. The DP with the monsters is from October Afternoon - isn’t it adorable?? :)
