Craft Fair Goodies: Pixie Stix & Pencils

September 22, 2009

in Altered Stuff,Craft Fair

I had some Pixie Stix and Pencils leftover from my Halloween Treat boxes, and I wasn't sure what to do with them. I decided to bundle them together and I will probably just sell them for $1 each. I used a circle of Designer Paper to wrap around, and tied it off with a ribbon.

What a wonderful idea. I have a ton of halloween pencils left over too and erasers. I might have to to do something similar.

Super cute! I like the fact that you don’t need a ton of stuff to fill these with! :)

I love this idea! I had already purchased some Halloween pencils for my son’s Halloween party treats for school. What a great idea to wrap them up with a pixie stick!! Just a quick question… Did you adhere the pencil to the inside of the paper band when you formed the bundle so that it wouldn’t slide out the other end?

Love your blog and all of your super creative ideas! Thanks for sharing!

actually the pencil had enough width so it stayed put – but the Pixie Stix needed a little bit of adhesive to ensure they wouldn’t slide out. Hope that helps!
