I’ve been doing my best to keep my Etsy shop stocked with cards and other content. It’s time to work on the next upcoming Holiday…Father’s Day! Masculine cards and layouts are always more challenging (for everyone, it seems!) – so I decided to really see what I could come up with for simple & elegant cards. These would be great for Father’s Day, or birthday too. I used my Silhouette to cut the golfer out, and the Simon Says Stamp die for the “Grandpa” and “Dad” words. I really love how intricate these dies cut.
Hard to tell from pics, but the rectangles are cut with Lawn Fawn stitched rectangle dies (I am currently obsessed with these!). I popped up one of the panels using fun foam. I like the dimension this gives the card.
Here are glimpses at the inside options for these cards.
I have some more that aren’t golf related that I will share soon. You can find these cards for sale in my Etsy shop.
Are you following me on Instagram? I now have an account dedicated for my crafts. Hope to see you there!
Continuing on with the Teacher greeting cards that I recently created, I decided to make some gift tags. These are such a unique way to add a personal touch to any gift that you’re giving a Teacher this year!
These are hand stamped and colored with Copics. I then used my Wink of Stella pen to add a little shimmer to each ruler. I cut the tags with my Silhouette, and adhered a blank white piece on the back so there’s room for a personal message.
I love the greeting on this next set. I think it’s a great message to give to a Teacher to show how much you appreciate them. These were made with the Lawn Fawn “A Good Apple” stamp set.
Lastly, here are some that are less “teacher” themed – but more general. These would be great to say Thank you to a Teacher, or anyone!
I will also have these listed in my Etsy shop for purchase.
Today I am sharing this boy themed birthday (or other occasion!) card. Boy cards are sometimes tricky to come by, so I truly enjoyed creating this one. The card involved a bit of copic coloring so it was more work then most of the cards I make, but I think that’s what makes it special! I used this stamp set from Paper Smooches to create this card. The greeting was just something I created and printed from my computer.
You can find this card and others for sale in my Etsy shop. Thanks for looking!
