Paper Smooches obsession

Recently I've placed a few big orders for some new stamps and other fun crafty goodies. It had been so long since I treated myself to some new stuff!

One of the new stamp companies I decided I had to try was Paper Smooches. I purchased Birthday Buddies and Chubby Chums, and made a whole slew of cards from these ADORABLE little guys. (Please note that I am in no way affiliated with this company - I just LOVE their cute stamps and I can't resist sharing/bragging about them with you all...!)

Here are all the cards I've made so far...I have been having way too much fun coloring and creating with these critters.

I used quite a few different coloring techniques for these images. The fish above are colored with Copics, while this little doggie below was stamped on Kraft cardstock and I just used some watercolor pencils and blending pen to add shading. I paper-pieced the white eyes back onto the dog to make them nice and bright.

I just LOVE this little guy!! I used some Copics to color him in...not going to lie, it took a while. I need to invest in more/better brown Copic colors I think...it seems to take me so long to blend my browns!

More Copics on this little chickie...

...and this cow could not be any easier. Just a small amount of grey shading.

Another doggie that I stamped on Kraft and shaded with some watercolor pencils. I wanted to make a SUPER simple card with him as the focal point. I love how he pops against the white. I added some Glossy Accents to the balloon to give it a fun look (hard to tell in these photos).

This card layout is the same as the chickie card - I really like it and it's easy to mass produce. I added some woodgrain stamping on the white circle this time for some additional color.

Whew, that was a lot! Thanks for reading! Full supplies are linked below (they won't show up if you're reading this in Google Reader, sorry!)
